Kvik is expanding the range of fsc® certified products
In 2011, Kvik was awarded the FSC label as one of the first kitchen producers. FSC stands for Forest Stewardship Council® and is a highly regarded international nonprofit stamp given for compliance with the FSC standard. FSC is a guarantee of responsible tree felling and helps improve the living conditions of the local population in forest areas worldwide.
Today, all our solid wooden table tops and virtually all doors are made of FSC-certified wood. This means that with a Kvik kitchen you can sleep well at night.

No additional cost for the end customer
Kvik is one of the largest players in the kitchen industry, and we have a responsibility to ensure that our products are provided in a manner that takes people and the environment into account.
All of our solid wood worktops are FSC certified, so it was very natural for us to make it standard on the lock range. This standard on the lock range does not entail any additional costs for the end customer compared to earlier. With this expansion of FSC labeled products, Kvik takes an active step in the direction of making sustainability a matter of course when shopping kitchen, bath or wardrobe.
Kvik's products are the indoor climate label
Kvik has been awarded a certificate at the Danish Indoor Climate Labeling, so you ensure a better indoor climate when you have to choose your kitchen, bath or wardrobe.
The indoor climate label makes demands on the products’ influence on air quality and therefore differs from eco-labels such as. The Swan label, which to a greater extent imposes requirements on production and disposal, and to a lesser extent on requirements for the products’ influence on the indoor climate.
Indoor climate-labeled products provide a guarantee that all materials used have undergone extensive tests for degassing and air release as well as irritation factors.
